Hash Brown Cauliflower Recipe. |

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 6 hours
Serves 6-8
Ingredients:
12 eggs
(10 oz) cooked breakfast sausages sliced
(8 oz) cheddar cheese grated
1 head of cauliflower florets
1 small onion peeled and diced
(1/2 cup) milk
Black pepper and salt
Recipe:
1/ Whisk the eggs slightly with milk, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2/ Grease the slow-cooker pot and in it lay a third of the cauliflower, followed by a third of the onion and a third of the sausages and a third of the cheese.
3/ Repeat the process, making two more layers.
4/ Pour the egg mixture over the layers, covering it to cook for 6 hours on low.
5/ Serve with Braised chicken with a chili mandarin glaze.
