Ground turkey and quinoa pot slow cooker recipe. |

Ingredients:
450g (1lb) lean ground turkey
425g (15oz) tomato sauce
170g (6 oz) tomato puree
240ml (8 fl oz) gluten free chicken broth
270g (9 ½ oz) quinoa
130g (4 ½ oz) frozen peas
2 carrots chopped finely
1 large tomato chopped finely
½ onion chopped finely
½ red pepper, seeded and chopped finely
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp paprika
2 cloves garlic of garlic, minced
1 tbsp flour
Black pepper and salt
Recipe:
1/ Heat oil in a skillet and brown the turkey, transferring it to the slow cooker pot.
2/ Add the rest of the ingredients.
3/ Cover the pot with a lid and cook for 6 hours on low.
4/ After 6 hours, season to taste, allowing to continue to cook until the broth evaporates.
5/ Serve it warm.
