Chicken marsala casserole recipe. |

Cooking time: 5 hours
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, skinless and halved
250g (9oz) mushrooms, sliced
300g (10 ½ oz) of whole cherry tomatoes
120ml (4fl oz) chicken broth, gluten free
60ml (2fl oz) marsala wine
2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped finely
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped finely
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cloves garlic of garlic, minced
1 tbsp flour
Black pepper and salt
Recipe:
1/ Season the chicken with salt and black pepper.
2/ Mix the garlic powder with flour in a bowl, then dust the chicken in it.
3/ Heat the butter in a skillet and brown the chicken on each side before transferring to slow cooker pot, with the rest of the ingredients.
4/ Cover with lid and cook for 5 hours on low and serve.
