Cheesy cauliflower gratin recipe. |

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 3 hours 10 minutes
Serves 18
Ingredients:
415ml (14 ½ fl oz) gluten free chicken broth
The florets of two heads of cauliflower
450g (1lb) cheddar cheese, grated
180ml (6 floz) heavy cream
8 slices of bacon, finely chopped
1 tsp xantham gum
½ tsp onion powder
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp poultry seasoning
Black pepper and salt
Recipe:
1/ Combine the broth with the xantham gum, cream, seasoning, garlic and onion powder in a saucepan.
2/ Heat and stir until it thickens.
3/ Place cauliflower florets in the slow cooker pot and stir over the sauce and half the cheese.
4/ Sprinkle over some salt and pepper for seasoning.
5/ Sprinkle over the chopped bacon and remaining cheese and cover with the lid.
6/ Cook for 3 hours on low and serve warm.
